Although the condition of Germany is given little coverage by the Zionist press, the western world gradually begins to discover the terrible conditions under inflation, hunger, reparations and occupation. The amount of the payment installments are reduced, but they remain deeply indebted. The reduced payments and new loans inject some life into the German economy and temporarily reduce the hunger crisis and boost manufacturing. But the plan fails by design within a few years.

For now many of Zionists who participated in the revolution remain in their comfortable posts in the USSR. Although Stalin does not fully trust many of them, they are experienced in totalitarian rule, and help him to maintain order.
